Services and capabilities are not project commitments

A service description or capability describes an area in which SelfEvolvia may undertake work. It does not mean that every method, resource, module, site, date, approval or outcome is available or committed. Service scope, delivery resources, roles, pricing, intellectual property, data handling, acceptance, support and responsibilities arise only under a separate written agreement.

Scope, status and evidence

Project reach, rollout status and team backgrounds are management-reported unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reported reach is not a measured effect. A programme underway is not a completed deployment. Site permissions, acceptance evidence and independently supportable results are assessed through appropriate diligence.

Photography illustrates operating domains. It does not identify client sites, staff members or installations. Institutional names and third-party marks in the downloadable company profile do not establish endorsement, partnership or certification.

The animated neural form and Lab are original deterministic illustrations. No live model, sensor, customer system or physical device is connected. Downloaded Lab records do not constitute instructions, safety approval, audit evidence or proof of outcome.

Qualified people retain authority over consequential decisions. The website must not be used to determine water safety, diagnose a condition, release payments, make employment decisions or control equipment.

Intellectual property and third-party material

Third-party images and fonts retain their respective licences; see credits and sources. Share-alike terms apply to the adapted classroom image, not automatically to the entire website. Names and trademarks remain with their owners. Website access does not grant rights to use third-party marks or confidential client material.
